He’s doing really well thank you
The biggest concern I’ve had is he holds his bladder for 15 hours, so I booked a follow up at the vet a couple of days ago to discuss that, and what did the cheeky boy do… he peed FOUR times outside the vet 
guess he just isn’t inspired enough to pee at home. The vet staff had a great laugh though!Everything is healing very well though! He got the all clear to do on-leash half hour walks, which is really no distance at all with all the sniffing he does, but he enjoys it and he does his business too. 7 more days until we can get back to complete normal.

Sorry I am just catching up. Sorry that it was a stressful choice but you made the right decision for both of you. Glad to hear he has the all clear. To help ease your mind Hunter didn't put weight on. He has reduced walks and I was worried but he didn't put weight on. I did get told off that I was giving him too many guilt snacks though. X
Thank you! Time will tell about his weight but we will adjust if need be
He wasn’t a foodie before but we will see if he turns into one
