I can’t believe that it’s been a whole year without my baby girl. Saying goodbye to her was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. I miss her every day, but even more than usual today. She has left such a huge hole in my heart - she was such a character- sassy, cheeky, quirky and very affectionate. I miss her snuggles and her just being by my side.
Treasure every minute you have with all your beautiful dogs.

Anniversaries are so hard, and an extra reason to snuggle the pups still with us. I think the same as @edzbird , my pups are never far, but missing them being here in body as well as spirit is rough. My own anniversary is next week - I lost both my Rottie boys three days before Christmas - and as much as I can remember the good times with them and would like to forget the terrible day their bodies gave out, the proximity to Christmas makes that nearly impossible.

I am so sorry @Naya, It is heartbreaking to lose the one you love so much. I just cannot remember Rourke, I think it is nature's way of protecting me from the acute pain of loss after his death. We love our dogs so deeply.
