It's the specialist feeling it's PN, without an MRI he can't be sure. But I suspect a specialist pretty much knows without the MRI just by her symptoms x

Just catching up @Charlie on Hattie. What springs out for me is the fact that she is in no pain and still has a very good quality of life. At her age, I think these two things are real positives to hang onto. However, I understand your distress - it’s very hard. I am and have been thinking of you
