I have a black lab x border collie (basically looks like a black lab with no collie
), called Lyla who is 11 months on Sunday! As my mum @Naya said above, Lyla isn't a fussy dog with food, however she is allergic to chicken also!!
I do feed raw, usually from The Dogs Butcher, Paelo Ridge, Henley Raw Dog Food or Keizebrink, as I can then be sure there is no chicken in there, and she is thriving on the raw and no longer gets really itchy and red as she did when we fed her chicken! However I understand raw isn't for everyone, and there are some great kibbles that others have suggested!
I also used something called oil 4 dogs which comes in a shampoo bar and an actual oil, which soothes the skin! The actual oil is applied when their coat is completely dry and it really really helped Lyla when she was super itchy with the chicken.
