She really is a beautiful little dog. She is such a happy and confident little soul. When we met, she was fantastic, excellent with other dogs and only a 7 month old then.

Oh, she's lovely, and so shiny! I know she's a similar age to Bear, but she's already bigger than him! and yes, looks 100% lab!

I know! She's so big, both of her parents are only 19kg so we honestly thought she would be 22-23kg max, but nope! She's actually a couple of inches taller than Harley now too

It matters absolutely zero, but just out of curiosity, could her litter have more than one sire?

Nope! Definately only one sire. Both mum and dad are family pets, and the litter wasn't planned at the time (both health checked though)

Can you believe.. Lyla is 1 today!!
Where has the time gone? This means in 8 weeks, she has been in her forever home for a whole year

She's had such a fun filled day.. Woke me and my other half up at 6.30am

(I blame my new job as she used to sleep until around 8.30am until I had to start getting up at 6.30 every day!!), had a yummy breakfast, then opened her presents and had a good play

We then took her for a really lovely walk in the woods (her fave place as there is also a stream), and then had lots of naps and plays, she even got to lick the potato masher tonight as we were having mash!

She's had to share the birthday celebrations with my other half as its also his birthday today, but he understands that Lyla comes first
