Holly's just had her annual checkup. She appears to be in good shape, and has lost a bit of weight (down to 26kg). Her perfect weight is about 27kg so we'll increasing her food slightly to arrest the weight loss. I can't see her objecting to slightly more food!
The only minor issue is a skin tag on her lower left leg that has grown over the last 12 months. It's now big enough to catch on things, but only attached by a thin bit of skin. She could easily catch in when she's running around in the woods so we decided to have it removed. We'll take her into the vet in a couple of weeks to have it frozen off.
I had to laugh when we arrived. Holly flatly refused to go into the building without me. I had to put on a mask, take her into reception, hand her over and get out the door before she noticed. Daft dog!
