Hunger pukes

Aspen will have hunger pukes sometimes because he's being a picky eater and skips a meal or we accidentally got off schedule. I don't know if you guys remember, but he doesn't have the greatest teeth as they started browning around him being 8 months old. We were told back in July 2019 that we would likely need to start thinking about a teeth cleaning at our next appointment in July 2020. His teeth aren't so bad, and I mean that as in he doesn't have redness of the gums or anything, it is almost just like his teeth are stained brown near his gums. I am wondering, does the bile from hunger pukes make his teeth worse? I know it is pretty acidic stuff so I am curious...I am also wondering if we need to switch his food again or something because he has just gotten over a pickiness bout (wouldn't eat unless we added chicken/beef broth or sat next to him and cheered him on) or if he has an allergy or something. I have no clue. At this point we've tried chicken, lamb, buffalo, duck, and fish. I just know that I feel so bad when he pukes and I am at a loss as to why he sometimes will eat just fine and other times is picky.

Humans with bulimia who make themselves sick tend to have awful teeth and this condition is often spotted by dentists.
I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't helping.
Regular snacks of something he WILL eat normally will help even if it's a higher calorie/low nutrition snack but I'm guessing you have tried that.

Ours all get a gravy bone at bedtime.
I would go for something that buffers acid so probably avoid fruit and veg. Cheese maybe better, are you limited on what you can give biscuit wise?
You could maybe whiz up some cooked chicken or tuna with a bit of flour and an egg and bake your own? Adapt it if you think there are sensitivities?
