So glad you have had a vet who examined things mire carefully. Poor pooch. He must be just miserable. I hope things start going upwards from now on, with no more blips! Try to take care of yourself in the meantime.

I'm glad you've had some help and that your poor boy is at least sleeping. Many years ago I had a horse who had a deep cut in his rump which the vet stitched. However it became infected so the vet removed the stitches and told me I had to sluice it out twice a day with a syringe and squeeze around it to get all the pus out. Of course you must follow your vet's advice but I do think it's good that she got some liquid out.

A wiggly bum breakfast greeting! What a difference a day makes and no pyscho behaviour. This ordeal went on forever. He is still quite weak but we just had a small walk. Bank Holiday here today and it was just so nice walking with him and the birds singing and no traffic in the urban jungle.
