No idea how heavy my baby grandson is now but you can imagine with his birthweight at just over 10lbs, he is quite a chunk at 12 months. My son still carries him (forward facing) in his carrier. I really donβt know how he does it but they have 3 active girls and sometimes the pushchair is inappropriate. I am still exhausted from lifting and carrying him (the baby, not my son

) yesterday on my hip. I did the school run so had to negotiate getting him in and out of his car seat in my Mini and then in and out of his pushchair. It was an absolute hoot when trying to collapse the pushchair to get it in the car - I couldnβt remember how to do it. I swear all the mumβs eyes

were on me so I kept ultra cool and worked it out. Phew
