Is your dog a sticky-beak?

Maxx is so funny, as soon as he hears a noise on the street he runs to the balcony for a sticky-beak. Plus any time one of us does something around the house or yard you can guarantee a yellow head will be there.

I wish I'd had my camera yesterday...I was hanging out some washing and Steve was kneeling beside the pool putting the robot cleaner in and of course there was Maxx standing next to him. Steve had to lean forward to push the cleaner down into the water and Maxx leaned down too - so they were head to head. It was so cute

My camera is hopeless on my phone (or perhaps it is the user) - the sky is bright blue today but it looks grey in the photo.

Yes. Chewie has to "help" with eeeeeeverything. And usually get in the way.

And when you are walking, if he sees people doing anything interesting he will stop and stare at them. Especially if they are opening doors or getting it if a car- you never know, they might be noo fren or they might have a present for Chewie. So awkward when they notice... Although once he saw a man carrying a package and got super excited because he thought it was for him... We all had a good laugh.

Oh yes, the pig needs to “help” with everything. When she used to go to daycare when we lived down south, all the other dogs would be playing together in the paddock and the Pig would be found “supervising” the husband of the daycare lady whilst he did DIY, having to give each screw and tool a snozzle before he used it 😂 I must admit I have never heard of the term “sticky beak” though! I like it!

Red is turning into a really nosey dog. Whatever we are doing, she’s there (unless she’s asleep which she does a lot of). Out on walks, she will spy people/other dog’s a mile off and I have to keep her focussed on me. Sometimes she is just being plain nosey but sometimes she is then reactive if she’s not sure about someone. Last night I had to move her on, she went into submissive but nosey mode at a chap walking up the street. She looked like a lioness waiting to pounce 😂. This is when I use a food or 🎾 lure

Squidge is SO nosey! About ten days ago (before everything kicked off), we got to the end of the road to the off-lead area, so I unclipped her, upon which she darted back down the road and jumped into an open van to have a look inside. It was just a laundry van doing deliveries, nothing of any real interest to a Labranose, you wouldn't have thought. I managed to get her out and away before the guy came back from inside the apartments :D

Maisy sits on the bed and looks out the window, she likes to watch everything outside, she stares intently, I don't know what at but it must be very interesting.

Love the term sticky-beak, don't watch neighbours so have never heard it.
