He’s now bouncing his Kong happily and his little tail is still hanging limp but he’s managing a tiny wag once in a while. Thanks for all your positive messages! It’s such a comfort when feeling a little haywire

I'm glad to hear that it was just a spot of muscle strain. Having just been through that with Xena, I know how distressing it is. I'm glad he's feeling a little more chipper.

Well this morning he’s back to his usual rambunctious self: zoomies round the garden with Don Armondillo and throwing tennis balls at me. And his tail’s about 50% recovered; just given him his liquid anti inflammatory with some coaxing (peanut butter on the syringe with a peanut butter chaser) so we’re well on the way to recovery. Phew!
