They can really make us worry, don’t they? I hope the cream is doing it’s job and that the vulva will soon be better! Is a swim in the sea a possibility to sooth all of it?

Update!
So, as mum mentioned before, Lilly had been having a wet bed overnight for a few nights, and when we had been out at work (Wednesday and yesterday), we came home and her bed was wet again - she wouldn’t have been outside since 7.30am (and again at 4.30pm ish when dad got home - this is totally normal for her and she usually has a bladder of a camel!)
Yesterday, much to my dismay, MY bed was wet
, so she had obviously been lying on my bed - which I don’t think she does often!!! - and had “leaked”. That was the final straw for me and I told dad to phone the vets right away to make an appointment for today (Friday). Thankfully he managed to get one for 4.30pm, so he took Lilly and a urine sample along.
Result - a UTI. Blood in the urine indicates it is most likely a UTI, so antibiotics for Lilly
Oh and she weighed in at 23.1kg too, so lost a kilo this week

Oh dear sounds like you are all up against it, but lets hope the antibiotics at least clear up the UTI and she can progress from there x.
