Limp

Hope the X-ray results are good on Saturday and it’s just a strain. Meanwhile, good luck with keeping him calm!

No sign of the limp this morning, I don't think. It's hard to tell because every time I sit him up, walk away, and ask him to come to me, he does so at a full gallop |(

He's still going to get checked out though. My gut says it's not right, and I have video to show the vet, even if he's not limping tomorrow morning.

(Sorry about the noise, I was trying to be clever and turn the noise down in YouTube and clearly didn't get it quite right! You might be better to mute it!)

Hope it isn't the beginning of arthritis in his shoulder, I think unlikely at his age. A limp was the first indication that Rourke had arthritis of both elbows and he was only about 5 when it first started, he is just 7 now and the limp is more pronounced.

Good news about the xrays. We had the same with Harley and done xrays, then bloods......nothing! Every now and then she will limo again, but after a few days it goes away.

Glad to hear the x ray was clear, hopefully the blood panel will be too. Then you'll know for sure it's just him and his leaping lizard ways!

But rickets....? The vet really thought that might be an issue?
