Low Calorie Treats

Any suggestions for low calorie treats both for training and after walk/bedtime biscuits and kongs. 4 year old Amber is on a diet as her weight has crept up over the last few months. I have reduced her regular meals and cut out extras but we have a few regular routines that work well for us e.g. a kong if we go out or whilst we are eating diner, biscuit after coming in for a walk and at bedtime.

I've just made a few batches of treats. I home cook for my dogs, so I just blitzed up some of their dinner (this week, it's white fish and vegetable stew) with a couple of eggs, milk, coconut oil and some rice flour, to make a pancake-batter consistency. Then I pour into pyramid pans and either microwave or bake (which I prefer) until set. Actually, I just bought these new mini ice cube trays which make treats a little larger than the pyramid pans, but if you're after lower calorie, smaller is probably better :)

A little bit of anything mixed with low fat yoghurt in a long works well.
my usual is banana as we always have over ripe ones, just mix in a tablespoon of kibble or chopped veg or fish cu e or two with the banana and yoghurt, and omit the gravy bones "stick" for diets ;)

I do need to make better use of veg. Thanks for the low fat yoghurt suggestion.
