Thanks, she is well. We just picked up her medication yesterday ($100 for 15 days worth of tablets
). The stitches look close to falling out (they should dissolve in 2-4 weeks) so we've opted to just leave them rather than go through the stress of a vet visit for removal.
One of her ears is still a little red from wearing the cone but is clean now and better than the other day so I'm hopeful it will be OK. If not, it will be back to the vet
PSA - wearing a plastic cone for an extended period of time does not create a nice environment for labby ears

So we got up this morning to discover that the stitches are gone and the wound looks great! Soooooooooo glad we didn't bother taking her to the vet yesterday!!

We did attempt to do it ourselves but it was so fiddly trying to get in between the whiskers!So much less stress @Emily (though to be honest we would probably whip the out ourselves)
