TBF the left one is also me in Zoom meetings with video. In my last video call I saw myself probably for the first time in days, and had to giggle because I was such a mess

A friend sent me a Zoom chat request at 10:30 at night out of the blue. I'd not talked to him in so long that I joyfully clicked and then realised he was one of THOSE that always have to do video. There I am, PJ's, no make up, still up when normally I'm asleep by then. There he is, morning in California, all bright and cheery and well...appropriately clothed.TBF the left one is also me in Zoom meetings with video. He has no filter so the first thing out of his mouth: "Been a hard year, huh Emily ?"

I have a Zoom call every Sunday which starts at 10pm. I am almost always in my jammies with a glass of wine by then while everyone else is in the US and it's between 1pm and 4pm for them!
