Maxx has a lump

The vet is very confident it's a fatty lump but he he nicked it to drain it then took a biopsy. He'll let us know if there's anything untoward

Maxx was such a star. He is normally bomb proof but he was clearly uncomfortable but sat there quietly and let the vet do what he needed to do. Steve was on the floor holding his head so I think he felt safe.

That sounds positive. Hopefully the results will come back with nothing to worry about.

Interesting to hear how your vet takes a biopsy. Ours sticks a needle in and draws out a sample into a syringe. Fortunately he can do the biopsy analysis himself so we get the results there and then. The wait must be stressful.

The vet said if you don't hear from me then it's good news. He looks at the sample himself and if there's any doubt he sends it off for analysis so we've heard nothing so all good
