Molly's Adventure

Molly and I are having a Nadventure (as the other Joy would say.) We are staying in the same caravan we rented last year at the foot of Ham Hill, in Somerset. This is the view from our window:

We're here for a 2 day Rally show. Today Molly competed in her first ever 'real-life' Level 4 and 5 competitions. She came 5th in Level 4 with a score of 204 and although not placed in Level 5 did get 196, which is known as 'excellent'. Lovely comments from the judges too - the L5 judge said that Molly was adorable and the L4 judge complimented me on my handling, saying it was just what he wanted to see. (Molly did a very crooked 'down' and I laughed so perhaps that was it!) I also had time to chat to friends I've made on the Rally circuit and loved watching their brilliant rounds too. Tomorrow we're back at the same venue but just for L4.

My sister lives very near here and my brother is coming down from Lancashire so I'm staying on for a few days to spend time with them.

This photo is one I took when we stopped in the New Forest on our drive over yesterday.

Another 5th place in Level 4 at today's show. Here's Molly modelling yesterday's rosette at the top of Ham Hill this morning - I admit I'm very proud of my girl. The day started out cloudy and drizzling but soon cleared and it's very warm and sunny now. Having a short rest at the caravan and then off to see family.
