Mr Pink

Well that showed them miserable buggers at the vets. Rory behaved beautifully did not bark once and did everything that was asked of him. Theres nothing as much fun as showing them they were wrong 😉The vet was pleased with his foot and how well he's using it. She took his stitches out as they looked sore, but thought he is recovering well. He's such a sweet dog I organised an ambulance service to take him and bring him back and they were very complimentary about him and his behaviour. Got to take him back in a week hopefully he's nearly there.

Only just caught up with all this. What an awful time you've both had! Glad all bums, paws etc are doing OK and that the people at the vet's are treating you both more reasonably.

The vet was really worried how much weight he'd lost due to his colitis. I told her about his puppyhood out breaks and how very thin he got. I'm going to have to work hard to slowly build up his muscles weight and fitness now. Poor Rory I so love him, it's so hurtful to see him go through this due to someones stupidity. Hes such good dog. I really admire the way he's behaved throughout this its been so hard for him and I can see hes had enough now.he just wants to run and be his usual silly self.

The redness and soreness has faded from Rory's paw and it's stable he's seems to be pretty pain free and he's not limping. He full of super prance energy and is driving me mad. I'm loving it though he's back to his silly funny self and is flinging his squirrel toy round the living room. He's been so embarrassing he stole the chimney sweeps shoes and ran off with them. Danced around and we just laughed at him. The chimney guys known him since he was tiny and knows he's a tool. I did notice he is really out of puff when he's been running about. His stamina is not good. Going to have to do some work on him. Squirrels lost another leg
