Needing to go out in the night

I think reducing his meals slightly is a good idea. Quinn had a spurt over Christmas asking to go out in the middle of the night - finally figured out she wasn’t sick, was just out having zoomies in the fresh snow

I fed them both later , gave him less kibble but he still woke me at 4.30 this morning needing to go out for a poo . He came straight back in afterwards , no messing around outside so heavens knows whats going on x

Perhaps his system needs a couple of days to adjust to the later feeding time ?

I would think it has something to do with his walks being shorter at the moment because of your sciatica Kate. It will probably have slightly upset his system and once he is back to normal amount of walking he won’t be needing to go during the night.
