Trixie has taken to negotiating with me lol!
I ask if she wants a walk, she gets excited..but when I pick up the halti, she hides on the couch(still wagging her tail.) She doesn't want it. So I put the halti in my pocket and she runs over for leash on flat collar. She is allowed leash and collar as long as she listens.
At time to leave, she's trying it out with crate time. "OK time for crate"
Don't want crate....how about this crate? [It has no door] no? How about the bed?? Bedtime??
I let her go bed if it's a short trip out now(less than an hour) but crate her for actual work
I don't mind a little negotiating on small stuff as long as if I say "Now" she knows it's no joke
