All booked in for removal of the growth . Unfortunately , Sue will be away next week so the op is scheduled for 13th Feb and the tumour will be sent off to the lab for analysis . Sue is pretty confident that it hasnt spread into the jaw as the teeth are completely firm , so thats good . Obviously, we must be prepared that it may grow back again, but hopefully not . We both feel some relief , we just want the tumour gone , bless her little heart xxxx

That’s good news, Kate. Also as Sue knows all about Nelly’s other problem and still feels confident enough for GA is encouraging. She must feel that outside of the growth , the rest is stable.

We did have the option of having the surgery done at one of the other branch practices next week but we opted to wait for Sue as she knows Nelly`s history and also I have immense faith in her, rather than it be done by someone we dont know xxx

It has come round so quickly , tomorrow is the day for our darling Nellys surgery to hopefully remove the growth in her mouth . To say we are nervous/worried is an understatement as she is very precious to us . We have to have her at the surgery no later than 8.30 a.m. , then the anxious wait will begin so I will take Reuben for a walk at Golitha on the way home and ask the woodland spirits to take care of her xxx

It‘s so nerve-wracking to have a loved one undergo surgery. Stay positive and have faith in the medical professionals who will be taking care of her. Sending positive vibes and Lambies for Nelly's surgery tomorrow. I hope the woodland spirits and Reuben's walk bring you comfort and peace during the wait.
