She was much brighter yesterday evening , actually begging for a bit of steak and kidney pie so I saved her a tiny bit on a saucer with the some gravy, she ate it and then when Reubs had his bit of kibble for supper , she ate about six pieces Honestly, her diet at the moment is shocking but I am giving her whatever she will eat a bit of xx Tablet routine done an hour ago , all 7 smeared in liver paste , then a trip to the garden for a wee , now resting . We are at the Vets this afternoon , fingers crossed al with be well xxxx Thank you as asking xx

I think the little lady has earned the right to eat whatever she wants (as long as it doesn't upset her tummy). There's not much as comforting as a good pie!

So good to hear that her appetite is returning, surely a good sign. Steak and Kidney pie presumably has lots of protein in it and will be good for healing, very sensible choice Nelly!

Sounds great! So pleased things are improving with darling Nelly. When I was a child, we always got marmite toast when we were sick! Cut into soldiers.

Look who went out for five minutes in the sunshine I took Reuben further on , but these few minutes will( I think ) do her good, to see that everything is normal , all is where it should be xxx

Oh, that's a lovely sight, Nelly getting a bit closer to her normal routine. I'm sure she'll feel all the better for it. As for me, well I think that has made my day!
