She is doing very well thank you for asking xx She does have days where she just wants to rest and struggles a little with three legs and then other days when she sets off like a pocket rocket ! xx I have had a reply from the owner of the dog , I wont bore with all the details but she says that my dogs caused this to happen as they approached her dog in an aggressive manner ( load ofHow is Miss Nelly progressing @kateincornwall?
) and says she will contact our Vet re the costs . My lovely witness lady asked me to e mail the full Vet statements to her , she will print them off and hand deliver them , I think they will have an attack of the vapours when they see the final invoice ! The owner finished her letter by saying that if I give her my bank details , they will pay into our account as and when they can afford it , I wont be going down this route as they are unlikely to honour a reasonable amount .

Yes, even though the witness is being very supportive, it would be better to involve a solicitor to avoid any possible repercussions or wriggling out of liability. She’s already proved herself to be an irresponsible owner.I would see her in court Kate
May I just say that I hate them even more now? I know that’s a strong word for people I’ve never been met, but the NERVE.
I really can't imagine that happening in my wildest dreams! Joy can be quite timid when meeting new dogs for the first time and she was perfectly comfortable with them last summer when they met! Absolute balderdash!!!
