There’s so much to love about Spain and that area for obvious reasons holds a special place in my heart. I wanted to go back this December but can’t because of my current German immigration battles. Thank you for giving me a virtual visit to tide me over. As Carbón would say, “Ojalá!”.

The Paella was truly delicious, one of the best I've had. I hasten to add that the portion in the photo was for two to share. Luckily I found a fellow traveller who likes it as much as I do! We also ate a lot of wonderful tapas.
