Off to the vets!

Last night Harley started spinning in circles and trying to get to her back end. She’s done it 4 times this morning already so we are off to the vets this morning. If I rub the top end of her right thigh / to the right of her tail her leg goes underneath her ? and she stares at me (this is what she does when she’s hurting). There’s no smell so don’t think its anal glands, but she is clearly uncomfortable. It’s horrible seeing her like this.

Oh no, I am so sorry, hope it's something that some metacam and rest can clear up...

Just back from vets. Her right rear leg is swollen at the top. They checked and emptied her glands but they were virtually empty. They thought it might be from a bite but can’t find any signs of a bite. The other thing they said was it could be an injury if a dog has run into her or she has jumped and landed awkwardly.
Metacam and short calm walks for a few days. Back at vets Tuesday to be checked. Fingers crossed.
