This reminds me of when Mike had his hernias done. In those days the district nurse came out and when she had gone, Mike looked as white as a sheet and said to me in a very worried voice "I am leaking serious fluid" Fortunately I knew she meant serous fluid

He's ok very flat and uncomfortable it's filled up again. He slept ok. Im worried it's filled back up again. I've been ill all week and this has just made me feel worse. Just hope he improves. He's eating well.

Oh @SwampDonkey it's been a crap week for you. So sorry you are so worried. Did the vet mention that it could fill up again?
Does he have a temperature today?

He doesn't have s temp, they thought it might. If he gets worse there will be an emergency vet open. I often feel unwell but since Monday I've had some of problems I occasionally get. It's not been a very nice week but this just made it worse.

I can cope with the feeling crap because I know what's happening but this is something unusual and I do not know what to expect. Logically everything will he fine but I don't like him ill. I've reassured him all night he's had his meds and is resting

Just gearing up to take him to the emergency vet he's no better it's swollen up again and as tight as a drumskin. I spoke to the vet she's told me what to do in the meantime, sounds messy but ok.

He's hardly been awake it needs sorting properly this time. I can see a stitch protruding it's not disolved I gave it a tug but it's stuck I think that's what's doing it.
