On the Road Again…

I loved all the photos you shared.
I have really really missed our annual Lakes trip, so I have been having my virtual Lake holiday with all of you.
Safe trip home.

We didn't do as much as we hoped, walk wise.
OH is not a walker, hampered us a bit, and weather not encouraging us to walk longer.

Had a lovely break though, and fun evenings of alcohol-fueled quizzes and reminiscing.

We have made it home safe and sound with a quick trip round the shops at Gretna Green

This is Oreo while I nipped to the toilet… she came with me and proceeded to lie down and mournfully look under the door at the people waiting in the queue

It's been lovely to follow along on your holiday.

I can't help but notice how different the rules are with dogs and I wish we could take Ella on a holiday like that.

We have only taken Ella on holiday with us a couple of times because you either end up not going anywhere or you have to leave her at the accommodation whenever you want to do anything.

Oh god Monty does this. When we used to visit our local pub and sit inside throughout winter, he insisted on lying on the mats in the middle of the walkway. The dark brown mats. Then got completely surprised when people barely managed to step over him. He only got his tail trodden on once which was a miracle.
