He cried when they gave him a big needle really cried then thought about it a cried some more I do love him so. it was the worst thing about it. The vet hugged him I hugged him, he's asleep now and hopefully on the mend

He's much better today. Pain killers are working well and the anti biotics are having an effect already. He's much more comfortable and happy

Poor Rory x When my dogs are going to have an injection, I always rub them hard in another area, so that they are concentrating on that feeling and either don't notice the injection going in, or if a particularly painful one it does seem to make it easier.

Hes been a bit tired so we've just taken it easy. He's been well though and a lot more relaxed. No willy licking or dripping wee so hopefully he will be ok now. He's not done the frenzied grass eatting either
