Our beautiful boy Benson

The other day Steve put a new card in the camera but it turned out to be an old card. He came across some photos that I took at least 8 or 9 years ago of Steve relaxing in our loungeroom and in every shot there was Bensie either staring adoringly at him or with his chin on his knee.

I was looking at them then looked up to see a single tear rolling down Steve's face so of course that started me off.

I can't describe the bond those two had. I don't know if it will ever be quite as strong with Maxx but I hope so. I'm a lot closer to Maxx than I was to Benson so maybe we will share an equally strong bond with Maxx.

I'll post some pics when we get home and I can download from the camera
