Perfect Fit Harness question

To those who use the Perfect Fit Harness.

I have put in my order, and just double-checked my measuerments....I should have ordered the Large girth but I ordered a Medium. The mistake I made when going throught the harness-builder was that I ut in 27 inches on his girth, but my last measurement had him at 29

How adjustable is the stap? I'm considering ordering a Large girth as well, so that we don't have to wait longer through the retun/exchange process to get him set up when the order processes. His Kurgo Journey wore out, and I'm walking him on the Martingale right now, with back-harness for those times when he's allowed to lead. I want him back on a front clip ASAP now that ice is on the ground--if I fall, I don't want to yank his martingale, and I certainly can't afford him to pull me

As it is, it's 2-3 weeks to ship from UK to the BC warehouse before it comes to me in 4 days

I'm alittle annoyed with myself for not trriple-checking before placing the order-I've only waited 6 months to have the money to buy this particular harness. It comes to $107 for the 3 pieces delivered

Thanks!

I'm looking forward to finally getting it...I've gone through 4 harnesses while I waited to get the money to buy this one. Always have to size down to fit him, so he wears out buckles. His Kurgo Journey was so worn out on the front clip that I didn't trust it anymore. I tried sizing up to start with...on the Easy walk...he got blisters and the whole thing moved sideways. His current harness is really pushing it too- I can adjust it to fit him, but a couple of days later, it's slipped and is too big again. He's thin in the chest, but thick in the girth...so they always gap at the front.

We ordered the Large top, Medium front, and Medium girth...then on self-doubt, added a large girth just in case the Medium doesn't fit or he gains size over time. He should be well fitted with this one, if I'm reading the charts correctly?

The whole lot came to about $160 after shipping

Looks great! I think mine was red too. It's been a week now....should be another 2 if I read the info correctly?

I got him some saddle bags and a light up collar while we wait...hopefully the weight in the bags will help reduce pulling. And the night collar makes us more visible. We were nearly hit the other night by a car turning the corner. Scared the daylights out of me! If he'd not hit his brakes, he'd have hit me, my son and Shamas all at the same time....as it was, thank God for reflexes...he only missed by a foot!

Got the Perfect fit today, horahh!

SO far, I like how it goes around his shoulder bones/muscles instead of cutting across anything. It fits snug..mostly. Any suggestions for which adjustment would stop the dreaded gapping on the front of the chest? We already picked a smaller chest piece...I don't think that's the issue. Just need to fiddle with straps
