Poorly boy

I`ve spoken to the emergency Vet , Reuben is going in to the out of hours clinic in the morning to be checked over and possible bloods taken . He has been on a course of NSAI for his soft tissue injury , all was going fine until he was very sick last night . He was fine this morning, kept his breakfast down and had a lovely walk this afternoon but has parted with all his tea again . He doesnt seem ill, but then dogs are so good at hiding how they are , he has to have a tiny supper of fish and rice , same in the morning before we take him in . Thankfully I had some plain white fish in the freezer which I bought yesterday as a standby as they both love fish . Just hoping he will be alright xxx

Ah no that's a shame, poor Reuben and poor you. I hope you both have a good night and that his check up in the morning gives him the all-clear. xxx

He had a small supper of fish and rice , managed to hang onto it and as instructed by the Vet he has had a very small breakfast of the same , so far so good . He seems ok in himself so fingers crossed for him, we are off in half an hour xxx Thank you for all your good wishes xx

We`re back from seeing the lovely Vet . My goodness, he had a really good examination but she didnt think he needed full blood works at this point as I got him in quickly . She is pretty certain that it is the Onsior , so he has had an anti emetic jab and been given Omeprazole to protect his tummy . Bland diet for a few days and keep an eye on his poo for any blood , not easy with a dog who likes to do his ablutions in private x He was such a good boy , she said he was a very fit healthy young dog who should be just fine in a few days time, bless my Reuben xx
