Poorly Monty

[Natalie]

Monty spent most of yesterday being sick, so went to the vets yesterday afternoon. He was quite lethargic, and a bit dehydrated by that point. He had tiny rice and chicken meals last night along with some omeprazole, and we booked an appt for this morning if he was still bad. He went 10 hours with no sickness... but then vomited twice in the early hours. so back there today, he's having an xray, bloods and a re-hydration drip. I feel like a bit of a hypochondriac by proxy, as he hasn't been poorly that long, and it is hopefully just a bug, but OH is more concerned about a blockage... also being friday, I don't want to end up at the emergency vets tomorrow or Sunday. It's very lonely at home without him.

It's horrible when they get a bug as you're always 90% sure it's just a bug but there's always that niggling worry in the back of your mind.
