Primrose Puppy Log

Those photos - too perfect and gave me a great chuckle this morning! Favorites are the last "I'm chewing on your head" photo with Primrose getting progressively more chewy and Quinn looking progressively more peeved (yet patient). And of course, Señor Carbón approves of "Jose Perro, Muy Especial" (Joe Dog, Very Special). Heh, heh, those bleary sleepy eyes looks like she's been at the real thing. 😂

That is so lovely to read @Ashley . Gorgeous photos too, especially as she seems to be cuddling Quinn on one of them. :inlove:
Do you think Corona restrictions have made it easier or harder raising puppy Primrose with big sister Quinn? Or just no difference at all as you know raising a puppy requires dedication, effort and love (oh yes and elephant skin and knowing you will have a tiny wrecking ball in your home!)?

She’s so patient! Primrose changes so fast - this week is standing on Quinn and biting her head, last week was laying on her and before that it was tail biting 🤣 you can feel Quinn’s eye roll waiting for each stage to pass!

In many ways easier- not only are home from work but we also have no social things so no juggling having someone watch a young puppy or alter schedules and no guilt or worries about leaving her. I’m also here and able to spend time training and playing and taking Quinn on separate walks. That’s the best part - I haven’t missed anything in the puppy stage!
The downside is that she is not being exposed to much in terms of other people, their homes/yards/older dogs. We had a brief time where stores were open and we took her but socialization has taken a hit. I’m glad dog training was deemed essential so we at least had that experience.
