Primrose Puppy Log

Night 2 of success. Stayed up since it’s Friday, put her to bed at 11:15 and she slept until 5:30. Up for about 40 mins and back to bed until OH got her up just after 8! It took awhile to figure it out, but I’m glad she’s settled @kateincornwall!
Last night we got her a puppia harness to prepare for her vet trip on Monday. OH and I have a virtual puppy orientation today and she’ll be starting school next week too.

I’m in the car at the vet - I thought that being out of the stay at home order and pet services resuming meant I could go into her first vet appointment but they said no. I’m so sad - they better be gentle and be giving treats Quinn is in there too.

Oh Ashley I'm sure Primrose will be fine but that is difficult, I would feel the same and I do even with my grown up dogs. They will be gentle with your girls. xx

Hang in there - Primrose looks like a tough little customer who will take no guff. Plus she is adorable, so they're probably gooing and gahing over her right at this moment. But I understand why you're not happy, of course you want to go in with her.

Well, they stormed out full of beans, and P even cried to go back in. The vet said that Quinn showed none of her usual hesitation and was actually on the excited side. Maybe showing off as big sister

Primrose slept through the night last night - 7 hours! Got up at 5am for a bathroom break and back to bed for another hour and a half! She’s starting to go to the door when she needs to go out! Now to work on her jumping at my kitchen cabinets for food...
