More genetic diversity maybe?

Yes! This is it. We currently have SUCH a wide gene pool that there is little to no inbreeding. The dogs are healthier with a wider gene pool. We will never breed with a COI of 6.25%. Registers KC dogs can have a COI of up to 30%!! Most of ours are less than 3%.

We are able to keep infusing the parent breeds into the Australian Labradoodle and they will still be that. We could easily breed an ALD to a Labrador (we wouldn’t!) and it would still be an ALD. We actually have a cockapoo in our breeding programme and she has just been mated to an ALD so her puppies will be ALD’s.
This is why we don’t want to be KC registered, it will minimise our gene pool greatly.

I did fancy being a travel agent because of all the travelling. I was sent by an employment agency for an interview and got the job.

It's pretty confusing the whole Labradoodle thing!! Hattie is an F1b which is, her Mum was a full Standard Poodle but her Dad was already a Labradoodle making Hattie 3/4 Poodle. Who cares I love 'em all!! xxx
