Here's little Alfie. He came to us aged 7 and stayed until he died at 13.5. A sweeter little spaniel you couldn't find.

Here are the two JRT`s we rescued in France , wonderful little souls , Lily and Paddy . Both had shocking health problems due to inbreeding , but we gave them happiness and love xx

They were, surprisingly , siblings . We absolutely adored them , as did Tess our Lab and Ben our GSDX , they were happy mischievous affectionate little souls xx

This is Ben , a GSD x who we rehomed from a shelter before we went to live in France . He had been very badly treated , burned with cigarettes and left shut in an outside toilet all day . Despite this, he soon became a loyal and loving boy who never once showed an ounce of aggression in his life . He loved the tractor mower , and also the big tractor which he would ride all day with Paul , a truly grand dog was Ben xxx

Yes she was. She looks very white in this photo but her colour changed as she grew. The only adult photos I have of her are with her in a group of people. She was the easiest dog I've ever had - she was always happy and willing to do whatever we wanted.

She sounds very much like Alfie. He loved his people, was not bothered about dogs, he'd take them or leave them but he'd do anything for the love and attention of his people.
He was such an easy going little fella that it came as a shock when we got Molly and had to start to 'work' again
Alfie and I had become known as 'me and my shadow' and I'm still not sure which was which !
