I don't know abut the 'qualifications' for people becoming dog walker or carers - are there any? I suppose it's another puppy farm/ unprincipled breeder situation.
All the while we buy pups from them, and give our dogs over to unchecked people to care for, this sort of awful situation will happen. Makes my blood run cold

I believe the well run businesses are assessed, regularly checked by the local councils but as for qualifications I don't think so. I meet dog walkers where I live, they just seem to see £££ signs, set up a business with 3rd party insurance that's it. xx
