We said farewell to our darling cherished Nelly six months ago this day , it doesnt get any easier . I think because her demise was not caused by illness but as a direct result of the horrific attack . I try not to wallow , no self pity here, just a profound sadness . Nell is so very missed , she was a little diva full of character and affection . We think Reuben has adapted to being an only dog which is a good thing because there will be no more joining us now . He has been our rock and now seems to give his love and attention to both of us which is lovely , dearest boy xxx
