I think Spencer will have a weight off his mind now.
He had his follow up visit at the vets yesterday and all is healed. We are allowed to free run again today - hurrah!

I have the spare room all set up so that I can just up and leave when OHs snoring gets silly. He’s much better these days as he’s had the op.Oh gosh, we were only saying this a few days ago.

No - he’s very fit and slim, he just had an extremely wobbly soft palate so he had the op. In the past, if we were in a hotel he’d keep the whole floor awake!

I got sleep apnoea when I was slim. I'm fat now though, 
you can get it with some other medical conditions like sjogrens. I have difficulty swallowing too. I choke a lot.

I have the spare bed made up all the time too. But to get to it I have to get up, step around the sleeping dog and go upstairs. So it's not as easy as it sounds

I snore horrendously.
When I got my Apple Watch I set it all up to record my sleep and when I woke up it had recorded a clip.
It’s awful. I have no idea why I snore that badly but It’s so loud!
