Both dogs have had very loose, urgent poo last night. They both had to go out twice in the night. Then Coco got up for a third time, he didn't want to go out, he didn't want a drink he just shuffled about looking forlorn. I had a prod around his tummy, seemed OK. A gave him soothing words and rubs. I think he just felt rotten. We went back to bed and he slept.

Both dogs are back on form this morning. They've had Pro-Fibre. No more urgent poos yet.

OH has just told me that Merlin had a massive, urgent diarrhea poo... He (OH) was very cross with me, as he told me not to give them the asparagus ends that I had cooked up for them, but as always I knew best...

Oh, my lot have never had any problems with asparagus! I chuck the ends in their food all the time!

Sometimes they just seem to get the squits for no obvious reason.

My dogs have had this at times. Really, it seems inexplicable. It just happens out of nowhere doesn't it? As long as they get better quickly then I don't worry about the odd urgency anymore.

It is annoying when both end up with it...and especially during the night at different times

They've been home alone all afternoon and not had any accidents so that's good. It's too dark to go and have a look in the garden, so I don't know if they've firmed up yet. OH wouldn't have supervised the early evening poo

That is good a d hopefully they are better.

He sounds like my OH. Come home from work and I know there will be poo to pick up. Always have to do it before it gets dark, or I have to use a torch to find them...

I'm delighted to have just poo-picked 5 perfect poos from the garden. Just a 12 hour bug perhaps. I know neither of them had eaten anything odd.
