We’re only two weeks away from S-Day and the shiz is getting real! Today I’m having a garden sort out - clearing away all the pots of plants that we don’t want to be chomped, putting up temporary barriers for inedibles, stopping up all the little gaps where puppies could get stuck, and clearing the tools, plastic pots and general gardening gubbins that we don’t want to be played with! It’s amazing how blasé you get with an adult dog.
We've also got a heap of equipment arriving today - pens, rugs, bedding, bowls, and Adaptil diffusers for Operation Stilton. As we learnt in army cadets - failure to prepare is to prepare for failure
(who am I kidding?! but hopefully it'll all help smooth our transition into mayhem for the first few weeks…).

Very sensible to sort out the garden , Harriet . We actually put up a temporary fence when Reuben came home , but then we had ponds in the main garden . So looking forward to seeing your little one home x
