Strange lumps

Harley has been licking the back of her back right leg for the last few days and I only managed to really get to see it and take photos tonight when my OH was home. Any ideas what this could be?

No but I would go to the vet. You probably are any way, it doesn't look too sore but it might get worse if she's kicking. Sorry I'm not a f more use I always get lumps checked when there no obvious reason.

The lumps might be the result of chewing the area. Snowie gets itchy behind his legs when he starts shedding and then irritates the skin and it feels lumpy. I find brushing a lot during shedding helps reduce the itchiness and thus the chewing and nibbling.

Hopefully nothing worrying, but it's hard to tell.
As MF says, is it the CAUSE of the nibbling or the result......?

It’s hard to tell with just a photo. If it’s bothering her I would let it checked out by the vet. If not I would keep a close look at it. How does the lumps feel? Attached or do they look like warts?

Thanks all. I emailed the vet last night with some photos as she shuts down at the vets and rarely lets them examine her, but of course I will take her in if they feel it’s best. It feels like lots of bumps, similar to allergy lumps, or could be that she has been bitten several times. I will monitor today and hopefully speak to the vets tomorrow

Been to the vets. They took a sample and looked under the microscope. No bacteria or any other horrible things. They’ve shaved the area, cleaned it and gave her an injection to ease the itching. They think it’s small bites or an allergy against something so have to monitor over next few days. Hope it calms down as go away Friday for my daughters wedding on Saturday. My dog Walker is going to go to Plymouth to look after Harley and Lyla for the weekend for us and bring them for photos for half an hour.

Harley hasn’t itches or tried licking the area at all today which is great. The redness seems to be less today too

My dog Walker and his wife really are amazing. They’ve stepped up whenever I’ve needed them on weekends or even keeping her for the day if I’m out all day.

I will certainly share the photos of the wedding. I’m excited, but nervous . Oj’s dress is stunning and I did leak a tear or two when we choose it!
