Thank you so much

There was THE most beautiful box of flowers at my front door when I got home from the hospital tonight. They couldn't have been more well timed as poor Steve had the worst day imaginable and was utterly dejected and depressed. In 35 years I have never seen him remotely like this. Completely understandable of course.

Your gorgeous and generous gift lifted my spirits more than you can imagine. To know there is a group of such wonderful friends around the world all but one of whom I've never even met.

Thank you wonderful friends

And yes I did move them before Maxx ate them

Really glad these gave you a lift, and so sorry Steve is feeling so wretched. It must be heartbreaking for you, but as you say is understandable and maybe part of processing such huge experiences. Incredibly tough for both of you xxx

Oh Robyn, I’m so sorry you both have had such a rough day. I’ve heard often that the third day after surgery is one of the worst. Hopefully the beautiful flowers will continue to make you smile and the worst is now behind you two. ❤

Sorry to hear that Steve has had a bad day, but so pleased that the flowers were there to brighten things up a bit for you. As others have said, bad days are to be expected after something like this, but better, much, much better days will come, so hang on in there and remember that we're all thinking of you, Steve and Maxx. :hug::hug:

By the way, I totally forgot to come back and thank you for the lovely tea and vase. I found them later after I sent the above message - when I took the flowers out of the box. Thank you! I don't drink tea but Steve does and is very touched by your gesture. The vase is gorgeous
