Today's rally

We had a lovely time today at a KC Rally competition in Shedfield, Hampshire. Molls was an angel. We came third in both level 2 (scored 209) and level 3 (scored 204) so obviously I am delighted. (Proud photos to follow )
The Rally crowd are really friendly and having been to four shows now I am starting to get to know people on the circuit. I also met Sally Sandford who runs rallyonline.org and watched her work one of her dogs in level 5. She lives on Shetland and they do a tour of Rally shows in their camper van. I was so pleased to meet the person whose online competitions gave me the confidence to try it in real life.

Molly and I are having another night at the hotel as I didn't fancy driving home in the dark (about 80 miles but takes longer than you might think in south coast traffic.) We're both worn out - she's snoring!

That's brilliant news Joy, those are excellent scores! It's nice that you seeing some familiar faces too, I imagine the first time you go to an event outside of your locality it's a bit unsettling not knowing anyone.

Can you explain the levels and how you compete in more than one? In Aus, we have to get a certain number of passes at a level before we get the title. Once you have the title, you can no longer compete at that level but you are allowed to compete at the next level.
