I’ve just emailed the company I bought them from, with picture attached, I’ll see what they say. I hadn’t thought of emailing Kong themselves.
I've only ever been able to use black ones my lot destroyed the red ones easily.

Really? Even Rory?
Cassie can't cope with her black one at all, gets most upset with it, so I've stuck with the mid size red ones. Amazing how different they can be.
Rory was destroying red ones at 15 weeks he's got a strong jaw. The black ones only last 6 months tops when they are going through their super puppy chomp phase

.Vanilla still likes her puppy ones, that have been passed to Honey. She is definitely not impressed so she takes it back after Honey has had her food out of it.

I gave up on Kong...my black one have lasted a bit longer than the red, but also split. I can't see that she is doing anything weird...she crunches on the frozen kong a bit, then slurps out the filling. I recently found a cheap knock off (at Wal-Mart) that seemed fairly sturdy, so we'll see how that goes!

Neither can I! Tuppence destroys soft toys within seconds. She even manages to chew holes in vetbed when she’s feeling mischievous, although not when she’s sleeping on it. Yet her inherited-from-Amber blue puppy Kong is still intact, as are the red and black ones.
Toffee must have something against Kongs! That rope toy looks pristine too!
