Training Class Nightmare

It sounds like the trainer has done it through email - apologise for leaving abruptly and No-one really know what was going on. It clearly left everyone unsure of exactly what happened and feeling unsure of themselves.

Yes, and that is good. A follow up with the whole class was needed to clear up confusion and to confirm or cancel the next class. I expect this didn’t happen at the time as the trainer was probably in a heap of pain and needed medical attention ASAP.

My comment was about the suggestion here that the trainer should personally apologise to Ashley - when in my view a personal apology wasn’t needed.

I think the trainer should use this as an opportunity to explain her error, and what dog owners should NOT do.
