He’s just took him out again. Which is like his 3rd walk over the forest today.

I’ve yet to actually walk him yet . I went to put my shoes on and he had gone .

Can’t have tacos, he can only have 20gnof carbs a day one taco would be all of his allowance It’s so restrictive when we have kids to feed that won’t eat what he can eat.

Oh dear! That's not easy then is it? I was going to suggest poached egg on a bed of spinach, one of my favourite comfort foods, but no good if he can't have eggs. How about a piece of poached/grilled fish with some peas? Smoked haddock is very tasty.

Before anything else, I recommend you pour a nice stiff gin for yourself. You deserve it.
