Very glad he's had a poo, albeit not quite solid yet. I'd bring him home too - I think it would be good for all of you.

Lovely to see him up and out...AND a poo. It's a good size one. I'd take him home too, the familiar surroundings will help him, and heaven forbid he should take a turn, you can be straight back to medical care.

I take him home they are happier at home.
It also looks like he’s wagging his tail? Little Mas. I bet he’s a lot more comfortable with you which helped the poo (really good work on that); can sympathize with your negotiations with OH, it’s going to be better for all of you if you can care for him at home - it won’t stop the worrying but it will give you a positive outlet and focus. Well done Leanne and Maslow. I think the fact that he managed a poo once things were even a little bit back to normal should help inform your decision and boost both your and OH's confidence in the fact that as caring, loving, responsible owners very often YOU will be what's best for your dog. I'm with the 'bring him home' crowd. I can understand that your OH is worried - you've both been through the ringer. But Mas will be happier at home and digestion/stomach issues have so much to do with mental well being as well as the physical. Case in point, I imagine it was no coincidence that Mas finally had his long-awaited poo while on his walk with you.
As long as you have an emergency plan if you need it over Sunday, get your boy back for some home cuddles.

I agree with the others, if you have an emergency plan in place, why not? It will probably do you all the world of good to have some cuddles with him. And it will no doubt be wonderful for him to be at home with all of you too.

OH has been shopping 
We now have more chicken in the house than he could possibly eat in a lifetime. Some is cooking, some is in the freezer, some is in the fridge.
We have fleecy blankets, lots and lots of cleaning solutions.
He’s coming home!!

He will be better off at home, much more relaxed and less stressed. You will probably be watching him carefully which the vets/nurses cannot do as closely as you can. If anything goes wrong, you will be on it immediately and straight to vet.
With Rory's stomach problems i know stress is a big factor. The less stress the better,. Home is home he needs to relax on his sofa

Picking him up at 3:30!!!!
Not had diarreah or sickness since we saw him and has been fed so he’s obviously able to hold himself. He is going utterly bonkers in the kennel. Barking and howling.
Coming home with lots of gastro food, 5 (!!) different lots of medication (antibiotics, bowel movers (wtf?) rantadine, some sort of vitamin and a electrolyte concoction) that has to be given 3 times a day.
HES COMING HOME!!!
