I bought a cheap clip thing for my GoPro (formerly @snowbunny 's gopro 
) and just clip it onto my backpack or messenger bag straps. I tried a harness thing first and it was WAY too fiddly, plus I felt like an idiot.
I just did a quick search to find something similar to what I have for a phone and came up with these. I don't have them so can't really recommend, but have a look and see what you think:

Thanks @Emily_Babbelhund that second one looks like a definite possibility.... The one harness I looked at on amazon didn't have very good reviews plus I agree it looks a bit odd when you are just doing LLW up and down your cul de sac

This looks good but again...imagine where your boobs go with this set up. Trust me, it looks hysterical and feels like a medieval torture device. I bought something similar and was too embarrassed to even wear it in my own apartment, let alone on the street.
On the practical side, it also doesn't work over a jacket or rain coat. I think these are made for 15 year old skater boys in California where it never rains.
@snowbunny used to post a lot of walking vids with her dogs, wonder what she uses? And if she says she uses a chest harness, I'm going to be even more embarrassed because that would mean I just have unusually unruly breasts.

But the thing is I think my boobs are more likely to be closer to the @Emily_Babbelhund unruly style than the @snowbunny non -unruly ones (I'm not sure what the opposite of unruly is here? Sensible? Ordered? Controlled, Not jiggly? ) So I will quite likely have the same problem.
I've ordered the clip as it's only a few pounds and will start with that.
